Synergy Access and Scaffolds Price Policy

We are committed to providing you with the best value for your money. Our prices policy means that if you find a competitor’s lower price on a similar in-stock item from legitimate Australian retailers, online or in-store, we will beat it by 5%. Product must be in new condition, and currently available at both SAAS-AUS and the competitor.

The competitor’s price must be inclusive of GST and delivery charges.

What Does “Similar Items” Mean?

For the purposes of this guarantee, a “similar in-stock item” must match ours in:

• Material classification
• Itemized gear list (if applicable)
• Size (such as length, width, and height)
• Working Load Rating

Exclusions

This guarantee excludes the following:

• Trade quotes
• Stock liquidations
• Commercial quantities
• Pricing errors
• Products shipped from or sold by third-party sellers on marketplace, auction, or classifieds websites

How to Claim
